CORDA SPORTS CENTER
NORTH LIBERTY, IOWA
About the Corda Sports Center
North Liberty’s new sports complex is a $10+ million development led by Iowa basketball legend Kenyon Murray and set to break ground in November 2025 across from the high school in the Liberty Commons area. The 50,000-square-foot Corda Sports Center will include a fitness facility, a physical therapy clinic, and serve as a year-round hub for youth and adult sports, wellness, and community programming. Murray Elite Basketball will be a featured tenant, helping anchor the facility with a strong focus on player development and community engagement. Projected to welcome over 600,000 visitors annually, the complex is expected to be completed during the second half of 2026 and will play a key role in shaping the future of sports and community life across the Corridor.
